A miracle….my first blog! As a current participant in the on-line course “Designed By the Light”, ( hosted by best selling author Debbie Ford), our weekly assignment….to “find a miracle”. Five or six years ago, I would never have guessed that I would now be a certified integrative coach writing my very first blog! Nor would I have guessed that I would find my passion….that of coaching and serving others.
My path to find this joy in my life started in 2005 when I attended a “Shadow Workshop” – a life changing experience that I would highly recommend. Next scheduled workshop is February 2011 in San Francisco if you think it might be right for you.
The shadow process helps us to understand how we view ourselves and others and why we react the way that we do to the events and circumstances in our lives.
